2. WHY IS MY SIZE NOT LISTED?

The website automatically hides from view items and sizes out of stock on the website, so if the item or size you require is not showing, It will be sold out. But please, either find an alternative or check back as stock levels and products are updated daily

3. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE MORE STOCK OF AN ITEM?

We are not able to provide information concerning incoming items or the restocking of existing items. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. But please, either find an alternative or check back as stock levels and products are updated daily.

4. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL?

Unfortunately not. Due to the sensitive nature of the information you must supply in order to place an order (e.g personal and credit card details)

5. DO YOU OFFER AN EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION?

We are working towards offering an express delivery option, however we currently dispatch using Royal Mail first class recorded, which Royal Mail quotes as being a next day service from when it is dispatched from us. We attempt to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from when the order has been placed or next working day when placed on a bank holiday or weekend. A large percentage of orders get dispatched within 24 hours when placed on a working day.
